Mark had everything including any questions answered on the very first meeting. He had our home sold within the second day it listed and worked hard to get us quite a bit over the asking price. This was not an easy sale as the house was occupied by renters and I am an absentee landlord. He negotiated with the renters and other real estate agents to coordinate showings. We had multiple offers of which he reviewed and advised me of "red flags" within the offers. We received an offer (very close to listing price) that he felt was solid, we accepted and it closed. There were some contingencies within the offer and repairs were requested after inspection, Mark coordinated all work that needed to be done and saw it through completion. Any queries that I had with Mark were addressed within hours. I don't see how I could have had a more pleasant and professional experience. I would highly recommend his services.
